Description: John was extremely thorough at helping a customer find a model number for a very particular kind of
steel strapping. After not coming up with anything on the site he proactively called the manufacturer and got the model
numbers so we could source the item. He also kept his cool when the call got clunky because the order had to be
transferred over to the government team. He's a sharp solution finder and has a great attitude.
