Please accept this letter as supporting documentation for John Newcomb.
John was hired by me in April 2015 for the position ofPlant Supervisor for our
Chesapeake Va. manufacturing plant located at 4000 Holland Blvd. Chesapeake, Va
23323. Due to military relocation, John is leaving Earthcore on December 18, 2015
and moving out of state.
This was a new career change for John from the military into the
manufacturing field. John has performed well and, in fact, John has learned his
assigned tasks quickly. John is responsible for $3m value of inventory management,
production of 12 associates, shipping, purchasing, and personnel at our Chesapeake
Facility. In addition, I have added additional responsibility to him based upon his
ability to succeed with Earthcore. He now has responsible for activities that were
previously handled at our corporate office. Based on John's performance to date, I
believe he will be an asset to any future company that hires him.
