3. Evergreen Trades
* Evergreen Trade requires a MT998/MT799 Block
* The MT998 is to cover RMA between banks
* We can also take instruments into this trade. Verbiage will be supplied when
you have a potential Investor.
LTV is 90% and Bank Instruments 85% with MTNs at 95%. Return is 120%
net per month (30% net per week).

4. Trades Explained
The Bank Instrument trade is an accelerated (bullet)
program then it rolls into a 40 week trade...
We can get around 80% LTV and provide 400% return in
20 days, followed by 200% for the next 20 days followed
by 70% per week for 50 (Fifty) weeks.
We can negotiate a 3% Advance payment.
We need to get a fee agreement from the Investor for 10%
which the Platform will deduct for us (5% closed and 5%
open starting with you).
Fees will come off everything including the advance
payment.

5. Trade Procedures…
FOR BANK INSTRUMENTS – Actual copy
of the Instrument; Actual copy of the Safekeeping
Receipt; and, the required Bank Confirmation Letter
in the Provider’s Text and Format.
FOR BLOCKED FUNDS – Actual copy of the most
current Bank Statement; and, Bank Proof of Funds
Letter in the in the Provider’s Text and Format.
FOR THE WIRE TRANSFER OF FUNDS –Signed
and Dated Commitment Letter from the Bank as to
the date that the funds will be sent to the Receiving
Bank. And, if the sending of the funds requires a
Pre-Advice, then the date that the Pre-Advice will be
sent must be in the Letter.

2. Bank Notification Letter - signed by two bank officers at the bank must be freely reachable through
the switchboard. Exact verbiage required. Once I have a KYC and proof of instrument and speaking to
the Client, The Information will be sent to the Investor.
3. Account Statement showing the Instrument lodged in the Investor`s account if issued. If not then the
funds behind the instrument
4. Separate Letter of Interest as attached (will be supplied)
5. Fee Agreement (will be supplied)

9. Project Funding
Sequence of Inputs & Outputs
Paymaster
We use one of Three Paymasters. All carry the same credentials:
• Paymaster must be Fed Licensed
• Must be experienced in this field
• Must be approved to move up to 15 Billion a day. All our paymasters are
and have over 10 years in this business each.
• If someone, like an Intermediary does something stupid with their
money, it falls on the Paymaster and not the trade.
• Once the terms are set, the Paymaster simply sets it up on a percentage
basis. His money goes where he directs it, same with all others. Happens
like clockwork after the initial set up

10. Requirements to Commence
• KYC and POF need to be dated the same day and
within 48 hours old.
• Bank Statement to be stamped and signed by two
Bank Officers.
• Bank Officers` Bank Business Cards to be added
after the Bank Statement/Tear sheet in high resolution
so the edges are visible.
• ATV (Authority to Verify) must include Bank
Switchboard number and Bank Officers` direct
telephone numbers and email addresses.
• We can offer the appropriate trade once we know
where the funds are located and how much
