WORK EXPERIENCE

Accomplishments
Since my employment with NRG Home Solar Energy. The impact I'm having in less than a month of
employment I'm earning the trust & the respect of the employees which is hard to do especially being in the
safety the field when you have that on your side the employees know you are looking out for there well being
and your working with them not against, in the past the employees see the safety person drive up work comes
to a stop because there afraid there going to be "JAMED UP" however when they see me it's business as
usual and if I see something that's not right from there I will put all my PPE on fall protection etc. and I will
assist them with there work as I talk with them with my concerns and the employees respect this approach
and from there the word gets out as well. I have increased job site inspections as well Safety training, tool
box talks for all Installer's and Lead's, Supv's etc. I let the employees know that I am looking out for them my
job is to make sure there doing there job within NRG'S Safety Code of Conduct, Policy and I'm there for the
employees the bottom line is that all field crew's are going home safe to there families at the end of there shift. I
have Increased enforcement of all PPE hard hats, eye protection, gloves, especially fall protection equipment,
harness's, ropes, anchors, lanyards etc. Overall ladder safety crew's who are working on the roof installing
solar panels that weight close to 50lbs, inspection of all ladders inspecting for cracks bent steps/rungs checking
the extend rope that raises the ladder for cuts and overall wear & tear note these inspections are done prior to
leaving NRG'S Warehouse instead of doing at the customer's home/job site if equipment needs to be changed
out it can be done which means no delays. The Crew's/Installer's Supv's, Leads have seen the impact with the
increase of job site & equipment inspections as well as increased training & tool box talks they welcome the
changes the crews feel now safety is working with them not against them. Complete investigation of all On the
Job Injuries to assure that all NRG employees receive the best care treatment available as well NRG Home
Solar Energy is protected from false claims, Insurance fraud etc.

NRG Home Solar Energy. - Valley Cottage, NY - May 2015 to Present Accomplishments Since my employment with NRG Home Solar Energy. The impact I'm having in less than a month of employment I'm earning the trust & the respect of the employees which is hard to do especially being in the safety the field when you have that on your side the employees know you are looking out for there well being and your working with them not against, in the past the employees see the safety person drive up work comes to a stop because there afraid there going to be "JAMED UP" however when they see me it's business as usual and if I see something that's not right from there I will put all my PPE on fall protection etc. and I will assist them with there work as I talk with them with my concerns and the employees respect this approach and from there the word gets out as well. I have increased job site inspections as well Safety training, tool box talks for all Installer's and Lead's, Supv's etc. I let the employees know that I am looking out for them my job is to make sure there doing there job within NRG'S Safety Code of Conduct, Policy and I'm there for the employees the bottom line is that all field crew's are going home safe to there families at the end of there shift. I have Increased enforcement of all PPE hard hats, eye protection, gloves, especially fall protection equipment, harness's, ropes, anchors, lanyards etc. Overall ladder safety crew's who are working on the roof installing solar panels that weight close to 50lbs, inspection of all ladders inspecting for cracks bent steps/rungs checking the extend rope that raises the ladder for cuts and overall wear & tear note these inspections are done prior to leaving NRG'S Warehouse instead of doing at the customer's home/job site if equipment needs to be changed out it can be done which means no delays. The Crew's/Installer's Supv's, Leads have seen the impact with the increase of job site & equipment inspections as well as increased training & tool box talks they welcome the changes the crews feel now safety is working with them not against them. Complete investigation of all On the Job Injuries to assure that all NRG employees receive the best care treatment available as well NRG Home Solar Energy is protected from false claims, Insurance fraud etc. Skills Used Past Background in Safety and Risk Mgmt. Over 25yrs as a 1st Responder, Safety & Risk Mgmt, Insurance & Disability, Worker's Compensation Fraud & Investigation. With skills in Safety training, job site, equipment inspections etc. I make sure all NRG Home Solar employees have the proper safety tools with the most up-to- date safety information, equipment & hands on training before putting the equipment into service, hand outs for tool box talks etc.
