Re: IMPARK
I am writing this letter in regards to our working relationship with IMPARK and their staff. We
engaged the services of IMPARK on October, 2011 to patrol our 3 parking lots in downtown
Dartmouth.
Since Mr. Joey Ferrusi has taken over our account he has been right there for us, helping us
out wherever and whenever needed. Joey is always profession and has shown great
knowledge when approached regarding parking issues in our lots.
Previously customer service was lacking and getting answers to the simplest questions was a
chore.
