On the Academy, unemployed young people aged 16 to 24 develop key life skills such as goal-setting, teamwork
and communication, and acquire nationally-recognised qualifications in numeracy, literacy and employability.

WORK PLACEMENTS
Our graduate will join
you on an unpaid basis
for up to four weeks (100
hours) enabling them to get
valuable experience in the
world of work whilst working
flexibly to suit your business.

APPRENTICESHIPS
Our graduate will spend
a minimum of 12 months
with your organisation and
will study qualifications
relevant to their role.

EMPLOYMENT
Our staff will work closely
with you to find the right
young people to interview and
then support the successful
candidate through the early
stages of employment.
