- Intro – me : I am a digital health entrepreneur and also a Speaker on Digital health with a particular focus on wearable technologies and IoT ( internet of Things ) What’s the purpose of the SESSION : Stimulate discussions , explore innovative approaches and thought provoking reflections – get people to use more digital health tools. - What They Produce : MEANINFUL DATA BIOMETRIC DATA ( refers to a process how the data is collected ) – Biometrics – information technology – process measure , analyse and collect the data. PHYSIOLOGICAL DATA : Body data, BEHAVIORAL DATA . THE CHALLENGES : Sustainable adherence i.e. Batteries run out, the novice factor wears OFF……. We forget to use them. - BEFORE WE KNOW – DON”T USE THEM

Ingestibles : call them “ DIGITAL PILL “ ………i.e. coated in digestible metals , releases magnesium and communicates with your APP . Embeddables : mini – chips inserted into your muscles / SKIN . INVISIBLES : are sticky tech – ( skin patch or TATTOO like Sensor ) Capture Vital DATA through your skin, vital signs, etc etc.
