About Flu Symptoms?
 Severe aches in your joints
and muscles
 Pain and tiredness around
your eyes
 Weakness or fatigue
 Warm, flushed skin and red,
watery eyes
 Headache
 Dry cough
 Sore throat and runny nose
 Adults with seasonal flu
don’t usually vomit or have
diarrhea, but children
might. Some symptoms can
mean your illness is severe.
Get immediate medical help
if you have any of the
following symptoms:
 Trouble breathing or
shortness of breath
 Pain or pressure in your
chest or belly
 Sudden dizziness
 Confusion
 Severe vomiting
What relieves the Symptoms
 Getting plenty of Rest
 Staying in Bed
 Trying over the counter
medications
 Drinking lost of water
 Eating lost of fruits
with vitamins “C”
 Maintaining a healthy
diet. With lots of
vegetables

Editor's Notes

  1. In the season of cold and flus it is important for adult and children to wash their hand often. Most virus can live on the hand without washing them or using hand sanitizer for 24 hours.
  2. Patient have the flu due to server symptoms the most common on would be fever, coughing, and Headaches.
  3. If you feel that you have the flu and can not come to work. Please call you supervisor. If you have an medical emergency please call 911 for medical help.
  4. Coming back to work with the flu only speeds the flu virus. Please say at home until you are well.
