My various responsibilities included sales, merchandising, creation of interior displays
throughout the store, renovations of furniture, organisation of schedules & deliveries, cashing

In this position I was in charge of stock control, cash up, accounts, staff training & development.
Through dedication to staff training & motivation I was responsible for the continuous increase
in turnover, due to innovative sales & marketing concepts food & service quality. I was in
control of operations & in charge of 45 employees. I managed to keep the franchise in the top 3
out of 28 venues due to my perception of market change & ability to create new promotional
concepts & dedication to a strong marketing focus.

1999 – 2001
I workedat Pacinosfor 6 months, a very busy restaurant in the centre of Dublin before being
asked to take over Pappagallows restaurant where I increased food& service standards,
developed the implementation of H.A.C.C.P. amongst other systems to improve standards of
cleanliness, customer service& productivity.My skills in interior design proved to be an asset
where improvements where needed in various areas of the restaurant & my promotional ideas
& previous sales experience continued to increase the turnover of both establishments.

1991 – 1999
During 1991 to 1999 I travelled extensively working while experiencing new cultures, learning
different skills & languages. I have held a variety of positions during this period & feel proud
that I have always exceeded expectations, achievedthe highest of standards & given my best.

In 1995 I worked as an Accommodations Manager, through devotion to customer satisfaction &
staff motivation I was able to push the standard of cleanliness into the first position within the
leisureplex chain of over 40 Hotels. My efforts & maintenance of my position & standards were
rewarded when wewon the Hotel of the year award.
Before leaving Germany in 1999 my endless enthusiasm to make people feel special and
devotion to quality service was rewarded when I received a personal presentation from the
General Manager of the Marriott Hotel in Munich.
