Jia Zhang is a PHD Candidate in Graduate Institute of Information and Computer Education of the National Taiwan Normal University, and a member of the Intelligent Tutoring System Laboratory. He received his M.C.S. from National Taiwan Normal University in 2010. He also received double degree in Industrial Technology Education and Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) in 2008. From 2005 till 2006, he worked with Ya-lun Qu as a software developer in The College Entrance Examination Center (CEEC).
