Welcome to the Winter edition of the tri-annual
Psychology Postgraduate Affairs Group
(PsyPAG) Newsletter. PsyPAG offers
opportunities, representation and support to all
psychology postgraduates based in the UK.
Membership is automatic for anyone registered
on a relevant course.
2015
has
been
eagerly
anticipated
by
all
of
us,
as
PsyPAG
is
holding
its
30th
Annual
Conference!
The
conference
will
be
hosted
by
the
prestigious
University
of
Glasgow
on
July
22nd
-‐
24th
2015.
We
are
honoured
to
have
Lord
Provost
of
Glasgow
City
opening
the
celebrations.
Several
drinks
receptions,
conference
dinners,
workshops,
talks
from
PsyPAG’s
alumni,
and
a
traditional
Scottish
Ceilidh
are
just
some
events
planned!

Meeting
November
2014
PsyPAG
representatives
joined
forces
on
the
21st
November
at
Sunderland
University
to
discuss
the
exciting
events
for
this
upcoming
year.
The
meeting
was
well
attended
and
was
great
opportunity
to
welcome
the
many
new
PsyPAG
reps
as
well
as
current
members.
Items
discussed
on
the
agenda
included

Quarterly
progress,
future
bursary
opportunities
and
exciting
plans
for
our
30th
conference!
The
Quarterly
editorial
team
are
currently
devising
a
PsyPAG
guidance
book
provision
for
new
psychology
postgraduates,
which
will
include
a
compilation
of
helpful
tips
and
advice.
Progress
for
the
book
is
well
underway
and
we
would
love
to
receive
your
contributions.

yourself:

I
have
done
differently
starting
my
postgraduate
course,
knowing
what
I
do
now?’
