3. Enter your student (EagleMail) or faculty/staff
(@ctcd.edu) email address and click “Sign Up.”

4. Open the email sent from Microsoft and click
“Complete Office 365 Education signup.”

create your Office 365 account.

account. Please be patient.)

7. • All current CTC students, faculty, and staff are eligible to install Office
365 on their personal computers. Do NOT install Office 365 on any
CTC owned computer.
• Each user can install Office 365 on up to five personal devices. (This
includes PC, Mac, tablet, or mobile devices.)
• Each user is granted access to OneDrive, a service that provides
1TeraByte of data storage space for storing data and collaborating
with other Office 365 users.
• Suites available for download through this offer include the
following:
• Office Professional Plus 2013 for Windows
• Office Standard 2011 for MacOS
• Office Mobile for IPhone and Android devices
• Office for Ipad (it unlocks the editing capabilities)
