During its first operational year, Xavier Urban Farm built a portfolio of local businesses in the Cincinnati area to sell its produce to, including restaurants, breweries, markets, and Xavier University. It sold various amounts of produce like tomatoes, beets, carrots, and mixed vegetables to these partners. Any residual produce was donated to local food banks and shelters according to the farm's zero food waste policy.
