Satellite Healthcare Launches Initiative to Improve Clinical Outcomes
Over the past 20 years, Jeffrey Goffman has established himself as a senior healthcare executive at medical facilities and hospitals. He founded Integrated Oncology Network as an organization for radiation oncology management. In addition, Jeffrey Goffman recently joined Satellite Healthcare as its CEO. Founded in 1973, Satellite Healthcare is a nonprofit organization that promotes better medical services for patients with kidney disease. The organization provides kidney transplant services and various treatments for dialysis, such as in-home dialysis. In April 2021, Satellite Healthcare announced an initiative to integrate other nephrology services in its dialysis centers. The goal is to improve clinical outcomes for patients with kidney disease. Guided by Senior Vice President of Growth Initiatives Ravin Bisla, this initiative will introduce medical strategies to target chronic kidney disease. Mr. Bisla has prior experience in healthcare, particularly in the area of kidney care management. Utilizing his expertise, nephrologists at Satellite Healthcare will acquire the management skills for providing better patient care services.
