Inspiring Leader - 10/10 for Number 10

I was inspired by a person whom I observed had demonstrated traits of a good
leader in an organisation at the McDonalds outlet in Citta Mall. Qualities that
stood out to me right away were:
❖ He was present on the “floor”, constantly looking out for anomalies in his team,
his customers and his work place organisation and environment.
❖ He observes, anticipate and quickly engages with the customers when assistance
was required.
❖ He set things right himself when immediate attention is needed, e.g picking up
loose bits of paper on the floor himself.
❖ He coaches his team and intervenes to guide them when absolutely required
and at the right time.
❖ He is approachable and supports his team when help is required.
A 10 out of 10 for number 10 for me - yjl.
