ERP Core System(s) implementation, in different assignments:
- Manufacturing & Logistic domain Project Officer 2007 – 2008;
- Core System (bridge) ERP Deployment Project officer 2008 – 2011;
- Solution Business Core System (bPS) ERP Build & deployment Program Office Manager 2011 –
2013
- ERP Federation Program Office Manager 2013 - 2016
As a key member of the ERP rationalization team, he played critical roles to:
- Define and support various ERP core system(s) deployment methodologies;
- Implement projects & programs global management tools (ie. SharePoint, PlanView, Box, etc.);
- Train & coach project deployment teams on deployment methodologies & tools;
- Ensure the ERP projects compliancy with those methodologies & tools (including Audits);
- Drive and monitor projects deliveries (ie. specially in Russia & Brazil);
- Support the build and maintenance of a 3 rolling years strategic plan for ERPs rationalization
(to rationalize from 100+ ERPs in 90 countries toward 14 Core Systems ERPs);
- Manage the resources capacity planning for all ERP Projects (400+ people);
- Monitor and support the projects demand and portfolio mgmt processes (20+ projects / years);
- Manage overall budget for ERP deployment Projects (20+ M€ / year);
- Support the coordination with our regional and business Unit relationship managers.

Along those different assignments, Jean-François demonstrated a strong knowledge in the ERP projects
