 Record and produce segments for WSKY & WKTK weekend public affairs programs and document all guests into
a Microsoft Access database for Federal Communication Commission regulatory purposes.
 Contact local and national politicians,businesspeople, charitable organizations, and other entities, to schedule
them for on air interviews.
 Review commercial log to ensure that all scheduled commercials are in the Wide Orbit system and make any
adjustments if needed.
 Collaborate, interact, co-host with show host regarding local news and discussion talk topics.
 Time management of commercial breaks, screening incoming phone calls, appropriately place listeners or guests
on the air in a timely fashion.
 Upload files, make necessary edits using Adobe Audition software, upload into the radio station’s automation
system called Wide Orbit.
 Obtain updates on traffic and weather reports, present on air four times an hour; 16 times total.
 Download, upload, and edit shows using Adobe Audition; uploading into our RAMP system for podcasts.
