at Donald’s Trump’s hotel
for over $17 million, and he
paid in cash.

89th floor is still not finished.
The buyer will need to spend
another $15 million to finish
the space.

place is it,” he buyer says.

Wabash,which is one of the
tallest residential properties
in the world. It was first
listed for sale at $32
