Editor's Notes
Part One;
Press Play, close your eyes and listen to your favorite song, can you see the band? Creating that musical picture is my passion.
Hello I am Jason Lee Owner of Ghost Production’z, a mixing and mastering service for audio works.
Here’s why you need my services;
I have always had a detailed ear for music every since around 8 years old. My Dad would play Charlie Daniels Band, and many others, and I would zone in on the fiddle and other instruments and be able to identify each one.
I would evaluate and listen to each one a few times and how it worked together and the way they played off each other in the sound spectrum.
Brand Mantra
A sound enthusiast who is also very detailed, my motto is “ I am a Creative Sound Engineer”.
Skills
I have started from, making home recordings with sub par gear and no sound proof environment and making it clear and professional sounding, to running my own professional recording studio.
My drive is to be the best and always be challenged. I pride myself in my passion for music and being able to flex my style to match any music genre .
Challenges;
I started off Dj’ing in the mid 80’s in my garage and local house parties. I then added a Roland mixer/tape recorder and started recording lunch time freestyle sessions to me mixing instrumentals and scratching.
Reliable;
I am dedicated to my art and never leave a project incomplete or half way done. I am very thorough and will review my final mixes as many times as it take on many different systems.
Persistent;
I have been known to review final mixes on my way to work and back with a notepad on my dash to record notes and times in the sound to edit when returning home and start the process all over again.
I use five different sound systems to review my works to ensure clarity in every situation. DJ spakers, studio monitors, car system, headphones and regular computer speakers.
Determined:
Over the years I had maintained my passion for music, I spent 13 years in the military and upon returning I started my own recording studio and picked up where I left off.
Confident;
I am an easy to work with guy and very open to others ideas and willing to listen and accept feedback.
Confident;
I hear during recording, things that can improve the overall project and will make many versions for review.
Work Experience;
I have owned and operated my own recording studio. Groove Time Records Studio in San Bernardino Ca. under the name of 2x4 recording studios.
Work Experience;
