To whom it may concern,
This letter is to serve as a work reference for János Lakatos. János worked at Camp Ozark,
located in Mount Ida, Arkansas USA, for a period of 3 months during the summers of 2015. His
exact terms of employment were from May 21st to August 21st 2015.
János served as a member of our Cleaning Staff. The Camp Ozark Cleaning Staff consisted of 19
people who worked together in teams of four people. Camp Ozark is a large summer camp,
employing over 700 staff and serving over 1,000 campers at any one time. Because of this large
population, it is very important for our facilities, including our shower, sink and toilet facilities,
to be kept clean and sanitary. As a member of our Cleaning Staff, János worked alongside the
others on his team to accomplish these goals. János was very hard working, responsible and
diligent in his work. János also demonstrated a positive attitude, and worked hard and to make
the Cleaning Staff more efficient and productive. Overall, János was a very valuable member of
the overall Camp Ozark staff, an excellent team member, and a pleasure to have at Camp
Ozark.
As János did excellent work in all areas, and was a very valuable member of the Cleaning staff,
he would certainly be eligible for re-hire as a member of our Cleaning Staff again. I would
especially recommend him for any position in which personal responsibility, hard work and
teamwork are valuable assets.
