Profil:

Jeg har 15 års erfaring fra advokatbranchen både på ledelsesniveau og
som advokat. Derudover har jeg arbejdet som intern juridisk rådgiver i en
international industrivirksomhed.

Siden min kandidatgrad har jeg arbejdet som ledelsens juridiske rådgiver
i medarbejderforhold, i forhold omkring ledelses- og ejerstrukturer samt i
kontraktforhold. Derudover har jeg i flere ledelsesstillinger arbejdet med
strategi og forretningsudvikling.

Mit fokus er at være virksomhedens sparringspartner, når der opstår
spørgsmål med en juridisk vinkel. Jeg har især interesse i at rådgive, når
virksomheder:

• opererer med incitamentsstrukturer eller bonusordninger
• omstrukturerer, og afskedigelser er nødvendige
• er i konflikt med medarbejdere, eller der er konflikt mellem ejerne, og
der forhandles en løsning, evt. fratrædelses-/udtrædelsesaftaler
• arbejder med effektivisering og juridisk risikostyring og derfor har brug
for standardkontrakter, faste arbejdsgange og processer

De brancher og virksomhedstyper, jeg ofte arbejder med, er
partnerdrevne, vækstvirksomheder inden for teknologi og rådgivning
samt industrivirksomheder.
