I am a Second year PhD researcher at the Institute of Educational Technology (IET) at the Open University, UK. My current research investigates the potential of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in the developing world, presently focused on the Indian context. More broadly, I am interested in the use of technology enhanced learning (TEL) in the developing world, and its implications in the broader political space of North-South relations.
