1. LastWill and Testament
of
Jennifer Yoke
I, JENNIFER YOKE, of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania,
being of full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking and annulling all
WILLS and CODICILS by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.
I direct that all my legally enforceable debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as
soon as practicable after the time of my decease.
ITEM II.
I give and bequeath my house, located at 50 Pearl Drive, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 15227, ½ of
my employer vested pension from Microsoft Corporation, and my 10 karat gold diamond ring
which I inherited from my mother to my daughter, APRIL J. YOKE, to be hers absolutely and
forever.

2. ITEM III.
I give and bequeath the car I own at the time of my death, my cottage located at 123 Smith
Avenue, Elk County, Pennsylvania 17584, and ½ of my employer vested pension from
Microsoft Corporation, to my son JAMES D. YOKE, to be his absolutely and forever.
ITEM IV.
I give and bequeath ½ of my savings account with Dollar Bank, Account number 1234567, and
¼ of my individual retirement account with Dollar Bank, account number 987654 to my
grandson, FRANK R. YOKE, to be his absolutely and forever.
ITEM V.
I give and bequeath ¼ of my IRA account with Dollar Bank, account number 987654 and the
entire amount of my certificate of deposit account with Dollar Bank, account number 304789376
to my grandson, THOMAS F. YOKE, to be his absolutely and forever.
ITEM VI.
I give and bequeath ½ of my individual retirement account with Dollar Bank, account number
987654, and my antique doll collection to my daughter, MELANIE B. THOMPSON, to be hers
absolutely and forever.
ITEM VII.
I give and bequeath ½ of my savings account with Dollar Bank, account number 1234567 to my
granddaughter, WANDA L. THOMPSON, to be hers absolutely forever.

3. ITEM VIII.
I give and bequeath 100 shares of stock in the H.J. Heinz Company in a trust to, THE
UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH LAW SCHOOL, to be theirs absolutely and forever, with
BENJAMIN R. SMITH, as the Trustee.
ITEM IX.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of every kind and
description, wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of
my decease, I give and bequeath to GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF PITTSBURGH,
PENNSYLVANIA.
ITEM X.
I nominate and ask the Court to appoint my daughter, APRIL J. YOKE, as the Executrix of this
my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and in the event that said Daughter shall not survive me
or of her refusal or incapacity to act as such, Executrix , I ask that my son, JAMES D. YOKE, be
appointed as such Executor, hereby authorizing and empowering my said Executrix, without
court order, to compound, compromise, settle, and adjust all claims and demands in favor of or
against my estate, and to sell at public or private sale at such prices and upon terms of credit, or
otherwise, as she may deem best, the whole or any part of my real or personal property, and to
execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and other proper instruments of conveyance thereof to
the purchaser or purchase money to or for the purpose of the trust, but the receipt of my
Executrix shall be a complete discharge and acquaintance therefor.

4. I request that no bond be required of my Executrix or any substitutes for her.

I, JENNIFER YOKE, the Testator, sign my name to this instrument, upon each page of which I
have placed my initials this day of , 20 , and being duly sworn, do hereby
declare to the undersigned authority that I sign and execute this instrument as my last will and
that I sign it willingly, that I execute it as my free and voluntary act for the purpose therein
expressed, and that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, of sound mind, and under no
constraint or undue influence.

JENNIFER YOKE, the Testator, on the above date signed, published, and declared this
instrument to be her last Will and that she signed it willingly in the presence of each of us, and at
the same time we, at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, sign this Will
as witness to the Testator’s signing, and that to the best of our knowledge the Testator is eighteen
(18) years of age or older, of sound mind, and under no constraint or influence.
