2. Fine Art Photography - What is it?
1) Fine art photography is a unique and different type of photography. Fine art
photography, all depends on the cameramanâs creativity and ideas.
2) Fine art can be anything from graffiti on wall in a city to flowers or even animals
in a zoo.
3. William Eggleston - Fine Art photographer
â William Eggleston was born on the 27th of July 1929
and is an American Fine art photographer, he was
born in Memphis, Tennessee.
â Egglestonâs photography heavily consists of colour
photography as he is well known for it.
â William Eggleston has won several awards, including
the âEndowment for the artsâ which was in 1979 and
the âphotographic society of Japanâ was in 1989
â William Egglestonâs photography have an american
theme to them, which is shown with a Coca - cola
sign, Esso sign and a condiments bunched up.
4. Ansel Adams - Fine Art Photographer
â Ansel Adams is an American Fine art photographer
from San Francisco, California. Adams was born on
February 20th 1902 and sadly passed away on April
22nd 1984.
â Adams photography consists of outdoor and nature
photography also, black and white photography. For
example, lakes, rivers and mountains.
â Also, Adams has won several awards including
âHasselblad awardâ in 1981 and he also was inducted
into the âCalifornia Hall of Fameâ in 2007
5. Fine Art Moodboard
In the images below, it shows edited fine art photography images. In the images, I have
changed the vibrance, contrasts and the reds, greens and blues.
6. Portrait photography - What is it?
â Portrait Photography consists of taking an image
someoneâs emotion and facial expression.
â Also, Portrait photography can be enhanced by lighting
and backgrounds, for example a black background or a
specific greenscreen.
7. David Bailey - Portrait Photographer
â David Bailey is a British Portrait Photographer
from Leytonstone, London. Also, Bailey was born
on the 2nd of January 1938
â David Bailey has taken portrait pictures of very
famous people, including the Queen, David
Beckham and Johnny Depp. Also, the majority
David Bailey photoâs are in Black and white
â In 2016, Bailey won a âLifetime achievement
awardâ Also, he has won awards in 2001 and
2005.
8. Richard Avedon - Portrait Photography
â Richard Avedon is an American portrait
photographer from New York, he was born on
May 15th 1923 and unfortunately passed
away on October 1st 2004
â Avedonâs photography consisted of black and
white images. Also, Avedon has
photographed famous people, including
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Marilyn Monroe.
â Avedon has won several awards, including
the âNational Arts awardsâ in 2003 and the
âRoyal photographic Societyâ, which was also
in 2003.
10. What is Documentary photography?
â Documentary photography is a type of photography
that focuses around historic events, everyday life
and special events throughout the years.
â Also, documentary photography can consist of
people at protests holding signs, also, it can also
show peopleâs emotion and expression.
11. Mary Ellen Mark - Documentary Photography
â Mary Ellen Mark is an American Documentary
Photography, she was born on March 20th 1940
and sadly passed away on 25th May 2015.
â Maryâs photography is mostly black and white
and also, shows controversial and real images
that many people wonât know about
â Mark has won the âlifetime achievementâ award in
2014. Also, she has won the âLucie awardâ for
outstanding achievement in 2014
