1. St. Charles High School
Project Description:
The St. Charles High School project is located in Waldorf, MD. This 150 Million dollar
project was awarded to Certified Maintenance Co, Inc. to perform the complete Sitework
package that includes football fields, stadium, 400 meter track, baseball & softball fields,
soccer fields, tennis courts, roadway, parking lots, storm, water, sewer utilities and the
complete conversion of all SWM ponds and structures at the completion. This project
commenced in 2012 and will be complete in the fall of 2014.
