here, so let’s take a moment to address that…
What’s the Problem?!
 Workstations now have anti-glare screens, and
curtains over windows to prevent sun glare.
 Some work stations are being moved to avoid
sun glare where it cannot be avoided.
 Software on all workstations are being
updated. To file a request see the bulletin
board.
 New positive posters at all stations.
Our Workstations != Okay
 Too many staff members are taking sick leave,
which is leaving other team members with a
larger workload…
 Management is having an overhaul to improve
organisation, reducing stress.
 Team members will receive a new Wellbeing
Guide to reduce stress.
 Team members who are sick may be required
to make up lost time or work from home.

 Staff now visible in hierarchy of office.
 Staff now visible in project specific hierarchy so
everyone knows who is in charge of what.
 Project team whiteboard now displays who is
working on what, and how far they are along
on their part of the project.
 Project whiteboard to be updated in daily
meetings.

 New staff members will now be inducted
properly via a checklist.
 New staff members will be assigned a buddy to
help them for their first week.
