markets in West and Eastern Africa to support the continent’s increasing
energy needs.
As the business evolves to meet changing business climate and the dynamic
needs of the industry; we’re pleased to announce the appointment of
experienced, emerging markets business strategist / investment manager Mr.
Brian Muggeridge Andersen to our Advisory Board.
Brian Muggeridge Andersen
Comprised of seasoned individuals in areas of business & project management,
finance, strategy & leadership; the Advisory Board provides informed,
non-binding guidance to CEG’s Board and CEO ensuring we stay at the forefront
of the trends that shape our industry.
We are confident that Brian’s experience in representing shareholder interests
on several boards in Africa and Latin America, assisting in the internalisation of
businesses and structuring direct investments with both local and international
partners, will be valuable to CEG.
In his 20+ years working in conventional and renewable energy, the financial
sector, port infrastructure, real estate, FMCG and private equity, Brian has
embraced ESG indicators and SDG values as an integral part of his work. Brian’s
strengths will contribute to our focus and progression towards becoming a fully
sustainable business.
