2. Brief
To plan a Tea Party for the three old ladies who
reside at Alexandra Township. The main aim is to
spoil them just for a day, but most importantly to let
them know that they are appreciated and loved.
3. Date: 9th of August 2015
Venue: TSDP Offices
Time: 10am till 2pm
4. On the day of the Tea Party, transport will be hired to
fetch the ladies together with one or two family
members. On their arrival, they will be ushered to the
office where tea and cake will be served. The program
will not be long, we do not want to keep the old ladies
for long.
The program will include a welcoming speech by one of
the representative from TSDP Company. Followed by
tea/coffee and cupcakes. In closing, one of the
representatives will let the Grannies know when they will
receive their food parcels. And lastly we will take
pictures.
