Cancellation Policy
Ocean Zen does not require a deposit on parties of less than 60, but does require a valid credit card on file.
Parties of 60 or more require a 10% deposit on the room minimum. Your card will not be charged unless the
event is cancelled within 14 days of your event, in which case one half of the room minimum will be charged
to the card on file. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will require the full payment of the
room minimum.
*Head Count Policy
Guaranteed head counts must be made 48 hours prior to time of reservation. Charges for preset menus will
reflect that number. Additional guests may be added, however once guarantee is made, may not be
subtracted. If guarantee is not made, original number of guests will be assumed.
