682511 S/o. Sh.Xavier Neeban has been working as Supervisor (Mech.) for the Inland
Waterways Authority of India, M/o. Shipping, Govt. of India, Kochi from 24.09.2013 to
14.11.20i4 (outsourced from tvtanpJwer Contractor IWs. R.O' Infosys,
Thiruvananthapuram) and further from 17.11.2014 to till date (Outsourced from IWs.
Group 7 Guards Q Fvt. Ltd., Kochi). During the above period he has been supervising
various types of Marine & Mechanical Engineering works related to the Dredging and
allied works in National Waterway No.3. The areas of works attended are as'below:
- Monitoring and Supervision of Dredging works in NW-3 including maintenance
of its recoids and iupply of POL and consumable materials for smooth operation
of the equiPments.
- Supervise breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, annual afloat repair, dry
doiking, etc. of the Work Boats, Cutter suction Dredgers, Amphibian Dredgers,
Survey Launch & Speed Boat of the Authority as per the direction of Superior
officers.
- Supervise repair & maintenance of cargo handling equipments like 20 Tonne
Hydraulic crane and 3 Tonne Fork lifts. Maintenance & Upkeep of DG set.
During his deployment as Supervisor in NW-3, it was observed that Shri Joseph
Nithin is hard working,-sincere & responsible in his duties. He maintains good conduct &
character to the satisfaction of the Superior Officers.
This certificate is issued as per request of Shri Joseph Nithin dated23'07.2016, to
