The Toyotaaltis wasdriving Mr LAPUS MIKEand while in the processof entering theparking area, he
accidentally hit not intentionally and outbound vehicle,pajero blackRTY 123 ownerMR KHIMAPLOK
Initial investigation resultswas established thatMR MIKELAPUS,did notnotice the outgoing vehicles
Due to poorvisibility area and he readily admitted of his lapses
Bothvehicles sustained damageson theirrespectivebumperand thatMrs Lyka oragon admain officer
agreed settle by agreeing to shoulderthe costof repairon damages
