1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Logistics Management is a 2-year full time higher education programme
which qualifies you to work within the field of international transport and
logistics.
We live in a world, where we are increasingly and constantly challenged by
the opportunities of globalisation, and each day even more goods are being
transported back and forth in an increasingly global world. Effective logistical
management utilising computer-based technologies and telecommunications
when it comes to vehicles on the road, vessels on the oceans, trains, and
aeroplanes, can ensure that international shipments will arrive just in time and
according to pre-arranged schedules - and with due respect for the environ-
ment. In the future, there will undoubtedly be a heavier demand for highly
qualified and competent employees with degrees in logistics.
CAREER POSSIBILITIES
Examples of typical job titles are:
• Logistics consultant or manager
• Export consultant or manager
• Production planner
• Transport planner
• International marketing consultant
• Purchasing consultant

AN INTERESTING STUDY PROGRAMME OFFERING REAL-LIFE CASES
I chose to study Logistics Management because the programme offered many
interesting topics. You learn many different things, and each day is different.
The study programme is really great with lots of projects; class based studying
and group work. We work with real life cases and visit companies, for exam-
ple for innovation events. I am so happy, I chose to further-educate myself. I
have learned a lot of theories, but also learned about myself and gained so
much experience.
