For foreigners acquiring land in Korea, applicable laws and procedures differ by acquisition purpose,
domestic residence, and whether the buyer is an individual or a corporation. The Foreigner's Land
Acquisition Act only specifies procedures (land acquisition report, etc.) required when foreigners acquire
