Our Reuse For Hearts Campaign starts today. Students of the Eco Team will
be around at 2nd Nutrition Break today to count the number of containers that
you have in your lunch. Remember, the more points you earn for your class,
the more you have the chance of winning the movie celebration at the end of
the month.
The students who will be coming around to your class today are:

Our boys basketball team took on the Hewitt’s Creek
Hurricanes last night. The score remained close
throughout the game and we finished the regulation game
in a tie. At the end of the second overtime, the Hurricanes
squeaked past us by one basket. All of the boys played
well and we achieved our team goal.
Attention all tappers - we will be having a practice tomorrow
at first break. So, tappers, we will have a practice tomorrow
at first break, not today.

Did you know...That the blue-box was created by a
Canadian named Jack McGinnis. In addition
Kitchener, Ontario became the 1st city in the world to
participate in a curbside blue box recycling program
back in 1981. Way to go, Canada!
