1. You are requested to be present at the venue sharp by 9:30 AM
We request participants to adhere to the following terms and conditions for the duration of the
event:
 Photography is strictly prohibited in the campus.
 Participants without ID cards will not be permitted to attend the
program
 Use of any kind of digital media is strictly prohibited.
 Kids or guests of Faculty and other staff are not allowed.
 Participants shall make your own travel arrangements for Spark.
 Participants are expected to maintain decorum, and follow all applicable
rules and regulations of Infosys, while at the campus. Participants shall be
deemed liable for causing any loss or damages to Infosys property.
 Participation in Spark is not an endorsement by Infosys of either the
participant or the participant’s institution .
 Neither the participant nor the participant’s college shall get any
additional remuneration or any special preference with respect to recruitment

2. into Infosys, by virtue of participation in this program.
 Infosys shall have no liability arising out of conducting the program or the
participant’s participation in the same.
 The participating college is requested to consider the wellbeing of the
group congregating, and avoid including ailing students in the program.

 Infosys does not authorize any organization/ institute to collect money and
materials from the students for attending this program.
