 1990: I attendee a One Month training course in Sweden on Energy
Conservation.
 1992: I attendee a One Month training course in Sweden on
International Organization for Standardization ISO.
 Achieved Design Production Rate of 1.2 Million Tons KCL in 1987 As
Planned.

 Participated in refinery modification to increase the production to 1.4
million tons of KCL was successfully commissioned and achieved the
design target in 1990.
 Participated in Design, Construction and commissioning of the
400,000 tons KCL Cold Crystallization plant.
