5. About the Seminar
The Faculty of Management Studies, IFHE is organizing the first National Seminar on Healthcare Management
on 3rd June 2016.
Purpose:
This National Seminar is aimed at creating awareness of the New Age Health Economy and about the
transition of
healthcare from traditional model to the new age model of Healthcare.
Venue:
Auditorium, IFHE Campus
Objectives:
To highlight the need for affordable, value based, accessible sustainable and convenient healthcare.
To highlight the goals, key issues and challenges confronting the sector in the transition from value based care
over volume based care.
To examine the need for integration and collaboration amongst stakeholders from different industries/sectors
– hospitals, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, IT, regulatory bodies and the State.
