1 Jointly with UNOCHA staff member I undertook camp coordination in Zam Zam , Abushouk, Al Salam IDP Camps and that was basically co
chairing of camp coordination meetings ( the Security and protection section of meetings ) with OCHA colleagues ,followed up and monitored
Protection of IDPs and ensured appropriate service provision by the respective service providers are executed on the ground, followed up and

further assistance and support.
4 In collaboration with other operational partners from international Organization working in North Darfur and National institutions I Jointly
undertook regular interagency missions for assessments and evaluations in the Field

Participated in the site planning process for Zam Zam IDP Camp October 2009 and the main activities were undertaken as follow:

and managed their movements.
Managed Staff performance as well as also managed resources, time and staff development and capacity building plans
I was holding responsibilities for the integrated water, sanitation and livelihood activities( market profiling, needs assessments, price
assessments for income generation activities, criteria of selection for beneficiaries, business management trainings, microfinance, petty trade ,
cash grants, tree planting as environmental friendly activities and seedling distribution, piloting of Fuel efficient stove and brick making
alternative technologies) mainstreaming gender, HIV/AIDS and protection and that include the planning, Implementation, Monitoring,
Evaluation and documentation.
I was directly responsible for follow up and supervision of logistic , procurement and fleet in Abushouk Camp
I was directly responsible for Natural resources and water resources management activities in the camp
I was directly responsible for follow up and supervision of activities that have been carried out considering community
mobilization/participation, accountability on daily basis in a camp with approximately 55,904populations.
On frequent bases I was raising staff awareness on Oxfam GB approaches to programme implementation and e.g., community
participation, gender mainstreaming, HIV/ AIDS, diversity and humanitarian accountability by addressing them in tangible ways and features.
Jointly with the team assessed community needs (new and existing population) using triangular methods and developed realistic
recommendations in line with Natural resource management and conflict reduction perceptions that helped better vulnerability assessment /
analysis service provision for the community
Contributed and Drafted /generated programme proposals, strategic directions and donor reports that are within the parameters of the plan
(milestones)
Monitored programme progress results , quality and out put that are adhered to organizational/international recognized standards of
implementation and the impact as well ( Result based management and Result based Budget as well)
Generated/ wrote monthly, quarterly and monitoring / evaluation reports to Area Programme Manager.
Developed plans and Carry out AWD preparedness and response activities.
Representation and Coordination
Led/Represented Oxfam GB in the coordination fora of the emergency and development activities with Government of Sudan/ Ministry of
health and other humanitarian agencies / NGOs in Abushouk camp.

Security Management
Orientate the staff on security and staff safety by developing of security and safety management format and therefore encourage the team to
be adhered to security guidelines in the site operation and relevant to the context of service providers.
On timely manner I was assessing , monitoring and gathering security information at Camp level and was always sharing it with the Security
focal person or APM.
Achievements:
Institutionalized of Central Community health Committee 35 members out of the over all Community health committees (49 committees comprise of
392 members as 8 members per committee)
Supervised and managed the process of the distribution of income generation sources ( donkey carts , cash grants for petty trades) alongside series
of vocational trainings ( masonry, welding, plumbing and fixing machinery)

tree planting activities
Contributed in the restocking activities for the IDPs in Kebkabiya and the distribution of Vet, Kits
