1.  ICBC Projects
 Delivered 9 new claim centres, approximately $9 million each
 Sourced land and negotiated with City officials for 2 salvage yards
 Directly lead the team that acquired land, obtained Civic approval
and negotiated a partnership agreement for the Cambie Street
Claim Centre; one of the first P3 projects in British Columbia
 In all cases directly negotiated with community groups and Civic
officials in order to get approvals for the above-mentioned projects
