  12. Bifenthrin is a pyrethroid insecticide used to control a range of pests. It has a low aqueous solubility and is not volatile. There is a low risk of groundwater contamination based on its chemical properties and it is not persistent in soil. It acts on the nervous system of insects, disturbs the function of neurons by interaction with the sodium channel. It is effective against a broad range of foliar pests, including Coleoptera, Diptera, heteroptera, homoptera, lepidoptera and orthoptera. Diafenthiuron is an inhibitor of mitochondrial respiration and it acts as a insecticide and acaridae which kills larvae, nymphs and adults by contact or stomach action and it is also effective against phytophagous mites ( Tetranychidae, Tarsonemidae),also controls some leaf-feeding pests in cole crops (plutella xylostella) ,soya beans and cotton. It paralyses the pest, which remain immobile on the crop until death in about 3-4 days.   14. Tebuconazole is an active ingredient from the triazole family of fungicides. It is a systemic fungicide and delivers both curative and preventative control of diseased plants. Tebuconazole is used in a number of different popular fungicide products to control fungi, bacteria, and viruses affecting plants. Some of the common fungal and disease problems Tebuconazole is known to treat are rust fungus, sheath blight, leaf spot, and anthracnose.   15. Metribuzin is a selective herbicide.it belongs to chloroacetamide class of herbicide. It inhibits growth and reduces cell division. It offers reliable pre-emergence to early post-emergence control of annual grasses, some sedges and broadleaf weeds for high yield in transplanted and dry-sown rice cropping systems.   16. Glyphosate is a Non-selective systemic herbicide.  It is an organophosphorus compound. It is absorbed by the foliage, with rapid translocation throughout the plant.   17. Imidacloprid is a systemic insecticide that acts as an insect neurotoxin and belongs to a class of chemicals called the neonicotinoids which act on the central nervous system of insects. The chemical works by interfering with the transmission of stimuli in the insect nervous system. Speci cally, it causes a blockage of the nicotinergic neuronal pathway. By blocking nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, imidacloprid prevents acetylcholine from transmittingimpulses between nerves, resulting in the insect's paralysis and eventual death. It is effective on contact and via stomach action. Hence, loose stock/expired stock will not be taken back under any circumstances.
  32. INTER-PARTY TRANSFER OF STOCK: No inter party transfer will be allowed even on request of our sales staff. Distributors will be held responsible forallinterpartytransfersandnocredit/debitnoteswillbeissuedbythecompany. NO VERBAL COMMITMENT: Prices/schemes will be communicated to the distributors in writing. No verbal commitment on prices or schemes will be honoured and in exceptional case of any deviation, same should be duly approved by the respective Marketing Heads/GM in writing with a copy to headofce(H.O.).
