Founder, Chairman and CEO of FIRE Capital Fund, the real estate-centric private
equity fund.
He is an Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an M.B.A. from
the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Through FIRE Capital, he has been a pioneer in the concept of Satellite Urban
Villages, that aims at providing international quality urban housing with minimal
available urban infrastructure.
Before this, Mr. Chaudhry was a partner at Feedback Ventures, a leading Indian
consultancy group.
Handled projects across the real estate domain – residential, commercial, retail,
hospitality, industrial and healthcare , in capacities ranging from consulting to
operationalization.
14. Irenaeus Vincent has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry
globally, in various capacities and on several major prestigious projects in UK,
Malaysia, United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and India.
