Duties
1. Doing random site check up for the man‐power, productivity, and work
progress against the construction schedule.
2. Follow up the shop drawings and materials submittals approvals’ status
with the Parcels’ Manager.

follow up with the procurement people.
4. Study the site issues and problems and then submit proposed solutions to
the consultant for approval.
5. Follow up the execution of the As‐Built drawings by instructing the site
people to keep feeding the technical staff with all the changes that shall
exist on the site work execution against the shop drawings. Also to keep
following the Technical staff to produce these drawings.
6. Doing all the arrangements and set up the procedures for the Testing and
Commissioning activities for getting the Consultant approval and then apply
on the site.
7. Monitoring the safety applications on site and staff commitments to them.
8. Carry out all the preparations and procedures for the Project’s Handing
Over process.
