Certified public accountant (CPA) and experienced tax attorney Heidi Scott has owned Schuyler Brown Land Title in Mt. Sterling, Illinois, since 2008. Heidi Scott is also a skilled pianist and flutist who has competed and ranked at the National Flute Association Annual Competition.

attorney Heidi Scott has owned Schuyler Brown Land Title in
Mt. Sterling, Illinois, since 2008. Heidi Scott is also a skilled
pianist and flutist who has competed and ranked at the
National Flute Association Annual Competition.
The National Flute Association (NFA) hosts a number of
annual events, conferences, and competitions, including the
Young Artist Competition. The 39th NFA Young Artist
Competition will take place at the 2017 NFA Convention in
Minneapolis, Minnesota, from August 10 to Augutst 13.
The competition is set to begin on the Wednesday prior to the
start of the convention and will feature 15 of the world’s most
accomplished flutists in a qualifying round competition.

3.  Judges will determine which six of these competitors
will qualify for the semi final round, which will be held
later in the week. The three finalists will perform at a
recital at the end of the conference, accompanied by
an NFA provided pianist. Flutists have the option to
perform with a pianist of their own choosing.
The winner of the Young Artist Competition will receive
a cash prize and an opportunity to perform at the 2018
NFA Conference. Winners will also be featured in The
