This serves to confirai that Heather Viviers is currently employed by this Law firm in the capacity of
Senior Bookeeper.
Heather joined our business on 1 November 2002 and bas regretfully elected to relocate to
Johannesburg with her family. In the short time that she has been part of our staff, Heather has proven
herself as extremely diligent, personable and compétent in the handling of the department under her
supervision.
Heather's responsibilities have been varied, including, inter alia; daily bookeeping functions, payrolls,
VAX and PAYE calculations and payments, management of cashflow, management of Trust accounts,
keeping of staff records, management of the staff under her control, monthly management accounts
and the préparation of financials for our auditors.
Heather has also been instrumental in resolving a number of historical problems, which had arisen in
our bookkeeping department over the years. In addressing these problems, Heather showed an
exceptional understanding of bookkeeping and the audit requirements associated therewith.
We have made every effort to persuade Heather to remain in Durban and in our employment, but do
ultimately respect her wishes to relocate. We wish Heather everything of the very best and have no
doubt that she will prove an invaluable asset to her new employer.
