He most recently served as the president of the Transamerica COLI BOLI Service Center, where he provided business management and strategic leadership. Additionally, he held a position on the company’s divisional management committee. Prior to joining Transamerica in 2008, he led several divisions for National Financial Partners in Austin, including Professional Partnerships, Practice Management, and Wealth and Income Planning. He launched his own financial services company, Harold M. Buckner & Associates, in 2003. Beyond his professional obligations, Buckner follows Texas A&M University sports and enjoys attending live music events, such as the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
