Utilize his/her technical skills to Source, network, recruit qualified resources for Centre of Excellence program
Identify potential candidates based on software skills and technologies requisitions provided by our Center of Excellence in Technology
Collaborate with all levels of management to help identify key business issues, help outline strategic alternatives, build consensus and
recommend action plans around Centre of Excellence and new trainee programs based on emerging software technologies and IT
industry trends.
Recruit Information Technology and Engineering Professionals for fulltime opportunities with the company from different US
Universities
Administers and advises on candidate selection for company’s Centre of excellence through preparing ratings on applicants, making
recommendations on starting salaries, and providing applicants with in-depth insight to company and organizational structure.
Full lifecycle recruiting of highly technical candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to include researching
and identifying markets to tap for qualified talent
Ensures the cultivation and continuance of excellent relationships between the Sales team, human resource generalists, and hiring
managers with Company’s Centre of Excellence.
Utilize effective time management techniques to source and recruit on multiple positions concurrently.
Source, qualify, present and close potential candidates. Proactively identify new business leads from candidate interviews.
Update website employment section, manage social media, and job boards for current openings
Stay informed of Information technology recruiting trends and techniques
Liaison and relationship building with Career Services and Professors
Working closely with various Students Organizations to generate referrals
Qualification:

2-5 years’ Experience in hiring Graduate Students from various Universities in the US
Experience in sourcing resumes through various avenues such as internet, referrals
Very good understanding of various horizontal technologies
Great team playing and interpersonal skills
Good command over written and spoken communication
Ability to work under targets and quota
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
