under section 32A(2) of the Retail Leases Act 1994 (NSW).

Several applications under section 31(1A) of the Retail Leases Act 1994(NSW).
• 2010 Lands and Environment Court of NSW
Unsuccessfully challenged local council development consent to a competitor
in class 4 proceedings while retaining counsel.

Successfully as self represented party defended a $60,000 claim in Customers
Operations Pty Ltd ACN 112 325 934 v City Convenience Leasing Pty Ltd

Successfully utilised proceedings before the Tribunal to resolve disputes on
commercial terms favourable to clients.

Successfully persuaded the Appeal Panel to rehear the matter de novo but
ultimately was unsuccessful in 73 Union St Retail Pty Ltd v J & S Group Pty
