โขThe Investors contribute to the G.E.A.R. Fund (We call donation an investment instead
because Allah SWT has promised manifolds reward or return for those who spend for the
well-being of fellow humans, in this world and the hereafter)
โขG.E.A.R. then gives interest free loan or equipment (sewing machine, cart etc) to the
borrowers after due diligence of their capacity.
โขThe borrowers return the loan to G.E.A.R. in easy installments.(Only Principal Amount)
โขThe G.E.A.R. fund is therefore, replenished to fund new borrowers thus continuously
increasing the number of those who benefit from the same volume of funds in the pool.

(as per Shariah Compliance)

per Shariah. And the fund is not taken back.
