Mesa View Physical Therapy, Virgin Valley High School
Provide injury evaluation, emergency care, preventative and
rehabilitation care to athletes. Provide sports medicine coverage
and emergency care at athletic events and tournaments for all
sports at Virgin Valley High School. Sports coverage includes
football, boys and girls tennis, golf, soccer, girls volleyball, Boys
and girls basketball, wrestling, girls flag football, cheer and drill
teams, softball, baseball, track and field, swimming and diving.
Maintain organization of Athlete clearance and medical files.
Manage IMPACT testing for all high school athletes along with
concussion return to play protocol. Maintain good communication
and relationships with Parents, Coaches, Staff and Athletes. Within
Mesa View Clinic prescribe individualized treatments to patients
with the use of modalities, manual therapy and rehabilitation
exercises. Documentation and notes of patients progress, care plan,
and treatments.
