What is a Partner Learning Needs Analysis?
• AWS-provided survey designed to poll respondents for their current skill level in
various role-specific learning paths
• Based on responses, skills gaps are identified, and courses recommended
• Personalized learning plans are created to fill these gaps based on the role that the
respondent has chosen (i.e. Sales role skills will greatly vary from those of a
Solutions Architect)
• Data is aggregated, pricing is obtained and AWS provides recommendations of class
packages that can fill this knowledge gap
• Data is provided only for those that take and complete the survey
